MAR WEST RESIDENCE - TIBURON BELVEDERE, CA

In Process. Interior architecture and interior design for this 1960’s residence, located in Tiburon, which is undergoing a large addition of two floors to create a forever home for our clients. We are working closely with Sean Bailey Design the architect for the home, who has reimagined an original single story floating floor, and adding two additional stories below, preserving the mid-century modern aesthetic. The architectural design hearkens to mid-century modern masters like Neutra in it’s use of minimalism, organic materials and space. The home is designed to frame the views of the San Francisco Bay and be as connected on the inside as it is to the outside. A palette of natural organic materials inform the exterior and make their way to the interior.
